It was really convenient when we did an x-ray here. No appointment necessary. We arrived around 10:30AM on a Friday. Front desk person was courteous and efficient to check us in. After a short wait, the technician took both feet’s x-ray. In and out within 30 minutes. Had a good experience.

Most polite, technically sound, and helpful people. I loved the receptionist who was extremely Efficient, lovely, and a well mannered women. The MRI technician was a one of a kind gentleman who made me feel educated and content. The staff here deserve raises for such a QUALITY experience and the patience they have for people while being burdened with such long hours and tight schedules. Extremely accommodating to say the least with an immense amount of passion for what they do.

I came to the clinic almost an hour ahead oh my scheduled time. After I'm done with the receptionist, I went back to my seat and after few minutes of waiting I was called for my pelvic ultrasound. The staff who performed the procedure was very nice and polite. She carefully did it and very slow so I couldn't feel any uncomfortable feelings. She was talking to me while doing it and able to answer all my questions.The procedure was done really quick. Actually my procedure time was at 9:45 in the morning but at that time I was already driving home. Keep up the good work Imaging specialist staffs Poway.

When I need X-rays, a CT scan, or MRI I know I can count on receiving excellent care at Imaging Healthcare Specialists. From the receptionist to the technicians, the staff at the Poway and Encinitas offices are efficient, professional, polite, thoughtful of my needs for mobility accommodation and comfort. I'm kept warm with blankets and only uncovered as much as necessary. My privacy and dignity are respected. I appreciate the quality of the staff's care and attention to detail. The waiting and exam rooms are spotless and pleasant. Thank you, Imaging Health Services for maintaining high standards.

The worst place to get an MRI at, the MRI technician Richard is very rude deals with patients who have recently had surgeries in a very rough manner, and does not take care of the surgery area even though he was told multiple times to be careful with the surgery area, he kept pushing the patient to enter their arm for the MRI scan forcefully. The front desk staff is very friendly, but that does not mean that it’s a good place. Definitely will never recommend this place to any family or friend. Horrible MRI technicians work there.

First time here and i am def coming back. The check in hmguy and misha the nice lady who did my ultrasound were very corteous and pleasant. Misha was very nice and i apprecaited it very much that the gel was warm. I was expecting it to be cold bec thats how some places do it. These little things tell u that they really care. Its very important that people who does procedures are as nice as Misha. It makes me forget why im doing the procedure in the first place. Now waiting for them to get a tech for mammo so that i can go back there in IHS poway.

I had a positive experience. Contactless check-in system is well structured & easy to follow. It simplifies the appointment process from paying your copay to providing clear instructions upon arrival. Staff is friendly & capable.

My procedure was scheduled for 8:00. It started on time. The technician was great at explaining the procedure anticipating any questions. I was done quickly and received a follow up email detailing my results. IHS is always easy to deal with and the staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional.
